It's a one-time setup fee starting at $800, plus a $29/month Hosting & Care Plan. We accept secure payments via Stripe (default) or check for in-person meetings. Once live, fees are non-refundable.
What does the $29/mo plan cover?
It covers high-speed hosting, SSL security, daily backups, and maintenance. It also includes 1 hour of content updates per month—just text or email us your changes.
Do I own the website?
You own all content you provide, including text, photos, logos, and branding.
The website code is not owned by the client, as it may be built using third-party platforms (such as GHL and others).
The website remains accessible as long as hosting is active.
Will I rank #1 on Google?
We build every site with Local SEO best practices (structure, speed, meta tags) to give you the best start. However, no agency can guarantee specific rankings.
What happens if I stop paying for hosting?
Your website must remain on our hosting platform to function properly.
If hosting is unpaid for more than 30 days, your website may be placed offline.
If payment is made within 60 days, the website can be restored.
After 60 days of non-payment, the website may be permanently removed and a new website setup may be required.
This policy allows us to keep costs affordable and services reliable.
