Terms of Service

1. What We Do

ODAROI LLC builds simple, high-performing websites and handles Google Business Profile (GBP) marketing for local home service contractors—including Tree Service, HVAC, Roofing, Plumbing, Electricians, and General Contractors. We build and run your online presence so you can focus entirely on your hands-on trade.

3. Fees and Billing

Our services run on a month-to-month recurring subscription processed safely through Stripe. We bill in advance at the start of each month.

• The Cost: There is a one-time setup fee of $195 and a recurring monthly subscription of $395/month. We reserve the right to discount or waive the setup fee during sales promotions.
• Timeline: Once we collect your business info, we target a standard 10-day timeline to launch your primary landing page assets.

All payments are final and non-refundable because our work starts immediately. You agree to resolve any billing questions directly with us. Filing a bank chargeback without talking to us first breaks this agreement.

4. Late Payments and Pausing Service

If your monthly card payment fails, our system automatically retries the card 4 times over a 3-week period. To keep things fair and avoid running services without payment:

• If your bill remains unpaid for more than 48 hours after the first failed attempt, your website hosting and support services will be paused.
• As soon as the payment clears, your website and systems will turn back on immediately.

5. Who Owns What

Our Work: The website layouts, code, templates, and designs we build are owned by ODAROI LLC. We grant you a license to use them for your business while your subscription is active. If you cancel your subscription, your right to use the website design ends.

Your Content & Google Access: You own all text, logos, and job-site photos you give us. By sharing them, you authorize ODAROI LLC to post them on your website and your Google Business Profile (GBP) to help you rank higher on local maps. You agree to give us standard manager access to your Google page so we can do this optimization work for you.

6. Safe Use and Legal Rules

You agree never to use any systems or assets we build to send spam, unsolicited text messages, or unlawful advertisements. If you choose to use independent text systems in your own business:

• You are entirely responsible for getting proper consent from your homeowners before texting them, following all standard laws (TCPA and carrier A2P rules).
• You must respect opt-out text requests (STOP) immediately.
• You agree to protect and defend ODAROI LLC from any fines, legal claims, or damages caused by your own customer communications.

7. Limitations of Liability & Performance Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is." ODAROI LLC does not promise or guarantee traffic, conversions, revenue, or leads. Instead, we focus entirely on what we can control by following industry best practices and strict communication regulations. ODAROI LLC is not legally responsible for delayed, dropped, or failed text deliveries caused by phone carrier networks or carrier system approval delays.
